David did some yard work for my Dad while we were visiting. Dutch of course needed to help his Dad out. So he found Grandpa's workout gloves and he helped his Daddy trim some trees. Maylee wanted to help too but really she was just something pretty to look at. But they didn't last nearly as long as their Dad. David ended up working in the yard for ten hours without any sunscreen. I couldn't get over how dark/red he was by the end of the day, I'd never seen him so dark before. The kids lasted about 15 minutes before Maylee had her dress off and they were inside eating Popsicle. Then they got to spend the rest of the day playing with their cousins. Talli spent a lot of her trip being held and taking naps with anyone who would lay with her. Dutch and Maylee love to get into Mimi and Grandpa's games when ever we go over. Their new favorite game this trip was the spot game, or so they called it.
